Rev. Karl Martin is the founder and CEO of Arable consulting – Leadership and Culture consultants. Together with his wife Nicola, living in Scotland, they led a large city centre church and now use their country house as a retreat for leaders. They have 4 daughters and are currently relocating to the US as Arable’s business grows.
